I wanted to take a moment to thank those who serve our country to protect us and make sure we have the freedom to live. I lost my best friend, Steven McGowan in Ramadi, Iraq in 2004. He was known at the Beenie Baby soldier as he would give out Beenie Babies to Iraqi children and at one point was delivered over 2000 of the stuffed animals from the Delaware National Guard. He really cared about the children and if you want to see a video he produced for his 2nd grade teacher to show her students - I encourage you to take a few minutes to view it.
